At DarkWave Shades LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the package is delivered.

Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be unused or only briefly inspected.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned.
• Proof of purchase or the order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products intentionally damaged after delivery
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can provide a suitable solution.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• If the return is caused by our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect products, DarkWave Shades LLC will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Refund Processing

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
